To ensure the continued enjoyment of all our guests, we have established the following procedures and rules. We appreciate your cooperation in making your stay a pleasant one.
CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Campers checking in earlier will be subject to an early check-in fee.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you wish to stay longer, please check with the office to ensure your space is available for an extension. A late check-out fee is required.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations made MORE than 10 days prior to the date of check in will receive a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made LESS than 10 days prior to the date of check in will be charged a $70 cancellation fee and remaining balance will be refunded.
- No refunds will be given for no shows.
MAJOR HOLIDAY POLICY: Holiday reservations canceled 20 days prior to check in date will receive a full refund minus a $15 Cancellation fee. Cancellation made less than 20 days prior to check in date will be charged a $70 cancellation fee and remaining balance will be refunded as a guest credit.
Holiday reservations: 3 day minimum (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving)
Monthly Reservations: 60 day cancellation policy. Monthly reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in date will be charged a $200 cancellation fee, remaining deposit will be refunded.
RATES: Rates are based on 1 or 2 people and one camping unit per site. No additional people will be admitted without prior approval.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
GENERATORS: Generators are not allowed at our resort.
SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 5 miles per hour.
SECURITY: All vehicles must display a pass on the mirror at all times.
VISITORS: Obtain a day-use pass. Those staying less than one hour can receive a refund. No more than one vehicle and two visitors per site.
CHILDREN: Children must remain within sight and direction. Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children. No bike riding on lawns, walkways, or through sites. Children must be in your camp by 8:00 PM. No bicycle riding in empty sites.
PETS: Well-behaved, controlled pets are welcome. All pets must be kept on a 6 ft leash. Means should be carried to pick up pet droppings. No pets in any of the buildings, especially restrooms or showers. “Barkers” and their owners will be sent from the park. No pets are to be left unattended on-site. Do not walk dogs in empty sites. Inquire at the office about pet sitting.
FIRES: Moderate-size fires are permitted in the fire ring.
BBQS: Do not use BBQs on tables.
NO WOOD GATHERING: Do not cut or destroy trees or shrubs, under penalty of prosecution. Wood is available for sale at the office.
SMOKERS: No smoking in any of the buildings, per county code. Do not toss cigarette butts on the grounds. Violators will be evicted.
RESTROOMS & SHOWERS: Help us keep them clean. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. No wetsuits in shower rooms or restrooms. Report any irregularities immediately. No dogs.
LAUNDRY: Located in the bath building, the facility is for guests only. No wetsuits in washers or dryers. Only freshly washed clothes in dryers. Open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The park is not responsible for clothes in rooms or machines.
FISH/ABALONE: A fish cleaner is provided for your use. This facility is for paying guests only. Do not clean fish or abalone on your site.
THEFT/LOSS: Pomo Campground is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to property.
WATER: Water is a precious resource on the coast. Please conserve. No vehicle or boat washing. Commercial vehicle wash 2 miles north. No oil changing.
SEWER: Replace the sewer cap before leaving. Report any sewer spills. A dump station is available to registered guests. A disposal fee could apply. No gray or black water to be dumped on the ground.
DAMAGE: Damage to utilities or trees and shrubs will be subject to damage fees. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMPEL ANYONE, WITHOUT REFUND, TO LEAVE THE PARK FOR FAILURE TO OBSERVE RULES & REGULATIONS.
